Metaculus is a reputation-based, online forecasting platform and aggregation engine that aims to improve coordination and reasoning on topics of global importance. Since its founding in 2015, Metaculus has grown an international forecasting community of thousands of predictors and has kept track records of their forecasting accuracy. By giving more weight to proven forecasters, Metaculus is able to generate machine learning-optimized aggregate predictions that support more informed decision making, better resource allocation, and a more fruitful public discourse.
